Not a class.
Not a course.
A home.

The Practitioner's Circle is the living center of Circle Yoga Shala — a membership community built around one simple, radical idea: that practice is not something you do occasionally, but something you return to.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or have practiced for decades, this is a place designed for the long arc — not the quick fix. We move slowly, thoughtfully, and together. The emphasis is never on performance or perfection, but on showing up honestly and learning what it means to live a practice rather than simply practice a pose.

Each month carries a single guiding theme — woven through weekly classes, contemplative practices, and community conversation. Over six months, the themes build on each other, creating a rhythm that teaches the body and mind how to settle, deepen, and come alive.

This is a place to begin gently, return consistently, and stay connected to a rhythm that supports your daily life — not just your mat time.

The Circle is led by Holly, Matt, and Stela — each weaving in their own experiences, perspectives, and areas of depth. Together they create a community held by multiple voices, all rooted in the same contemplative tradition.

You do not need experience, flexibility, or certainty to begin. Newcomers are the most important people in the room.

Three voices. One tradition.

Monthly Satsang

Circle Yoga Shala community gathering

A different kind of
belonging.

The Practitioner's Circle is built on a few convictions that shape everything about how we gather, teach, and practice together.

1
Newcomers are the most important people in the room. There is no hierarchy of experience here. The person arriving for the first time is met with as much care as someone who has practiced for decades.
2
Sharing is a practice. We encourage honesty, curiosity, and the willingness to be seen — exactly as you are. Take a chance to be seen.
3
This is not about doing more. It is about learning how to return — to your body, to your attention, to your breath, and to a more grounded way of living.

What practitioners
are saying.

"I was looking for something deeper, profoundly human and healing in the practice of yoga, and I soon discovered that this was the practice to find one's way home."

— Dina, St. Louis

"You become part of an ongoing supportive learning community. Self-awareness and knowledge are part of the learning process. Repetition allows for a deeper understanding of all the teachings."

— Susan, Little Rock

"Everything about this place — from the way material is presented to the food and lifestyle — is elegant and intentional. The teachers and community are loving, dedicated, and supportive."

— Sarah, North Carolina

A note from Holly

This is the place
I always wanted
to belong to.

When I imagine the Practitioner's Circle, I think of all the students I've sat with over the years — the ones who came in uncertain, a little afraid, not sure they were doing it right. And I think of how much they changed, not because they mastered anything, but because they kept showing up.

That is what this community is for. Not achievement. Not expertise. Return. Consistency. The slow, honest work of learning to inhabit your own life more fully.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or returning after a long time away — you belong here. Exactly as you are. The door is open.

— Holly

Common
questions.

Do I need experience to join?

No. The Practitioner's Circle is designed to welcome complete beginners and experienced practitioners equally. The emphasis is never on performance — it is on honest engagement with practice.

What if I miss the live classes?

All live classes are recorded and added to the on-demand library. You will have access to recent recordings, so you can practice on your own schedule.

When do the live classes take place?

The first Satsang gathering is Sunday, August 30 at 7 PM Central, then the last Sunday of every month after that. Weekly practice begins Wednesday, September 2 at 6:30 PM Central, and continues every Wednesday. Both are recorded if you can't make it live.

What is the six-month cycle?

The Circle moves through six monthly themes — Beginner's Mind, Rhythm, Embodiment, Discipline, Vitality, and Devotion — each building on the last. You can enter at any point in the cycle; the themes are designed to be accessible whenever you arrive.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts and no pressure. You can cancel your membership at any time, with no questions asked.

How does the 10% study discount work?

Active members receive a 10% discount on all Study courses — the Yoga Wisdom Teachings, the Wisdom Enneagram, and Esoteric Christianity. The discount code is available inside the Practitioner's Circle platform.

Is this connected to the Kajabi community?

Yes. The Practitioner's Circle lives inside our Kajabi Wisdom Community — a dedicated space with practice recordings, community discussion, monthly themes, and all member resources in one home.
